Dynamic Communications LLC stock and deliver only “Genuine, Brand New, factory original, factory sealed products with Manufacturers Warranty as an authorised product/brand distributor in Southern Africa”.

All products sold by Dynamic Communications or its approved partners are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

Please note that the warranty is provided by the manufacturer directly through a product relevant manufacturer swap out warranty via an RMA process or a number of certified service centres, and warranty related issues can be addressed to Dynamic Communications.


The buyer can contact Dynamic Communications directly to assist with handling the manufacturer’s warranty as long as the product originated from Dynamic Communications. Dynamic Communications is a authorised distributor of the sold products on our site and we can therefore assist our clients with the warranty claim process. 

All warranty claims addressed to the Dynamic Communications must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice/ receipt.

Any products purchased via unauthorised channels and not from Dynamic Communications or one of their authorised partners will not be honoured or supported by Dynamic Communications.

Repaired or replaced products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty.

Products sold by Dynamic Communications are not covered by any verbal warranties.

All products sold by Dynamic Communications are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.
The customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of delivery.

7 Day Return Policy

Dynamic Communications brings you total peace of mind with every purchase. Did you buy something that you don’t like? We will take it back as long as it’s unopened and is in it’s original packaging, no questions asked.


If you’ve opened it and still don’t like it, send it back to us in it's original packaging with all original contents and we’ll just charge you a 30% re-stocking fee. A credit note will be issued only after the warehouse inspects the item to see that it is not damaged and that all accessories, manuals and original packaging are included.
